Delivery & Returns Information

Shipping is based on the delivery address and will be automatically calculated for you when you go through the checkout process. The costs below are an approximate indication of shipping costs:-

UK Standard: £5.90 | Spend over £75 and delivery is FREE
Europe, Northern Ireland and the Rest of the World Standard: £24.99 dependant on destination country.

International orders may be subject to import duties or additional taxes, it is advisable to check before you place an order. Overseas orders, may take longer to be received, if an order outside of the UK has not arrived within 28 days please contact our offices.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

If incorrect delivery information is provided and the items are lost or not returned to the manufacturer the customer is liabe for full payment, if the goods are returned the customer shall receive a refund for the items but not the postage costs.

Where an incorrect address has been provided, SkinniesUK reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

If the packaging is damaged or re-sealed we advise refusing delivery, should you choose to accept delivery of damaged or re-sealed items they are not covered by our guarentee's. should you find items missing or damaged Dermacea has no liability or duty to replace or re-fund your order.

We do not to deliver to a PO Box address.

Returns Policy

We offer an easy returns service.  if you receive your products and they aren't right for you, this is not a problem, as long as all the packaging is unopened andintact and it is within our 14 days return period, we will accept th return. For items retuned that are unwanted we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please obtain a proof of shipping or use a tracked service where a proof of delivery can be obtained.  Skinnies are not responsible for refunding or replacing goods not received with no proof of shipping.

Please note, as our GARMENTS are a class 1 medical device, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or handled.

Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery, claims will not be accepted after this time. Please note we cannot accept any claims for damage in transit

For faulty products please inform uthe company within 48 hours. Contact Skinnies on 01562 884898, to arrange return and assessment of the garment. On completion of the assessment, if it is determined a manufacturing fault is the cause an exchange, refund or credit will be issued.

Damaged or Faulty products are required to be returned to the manufacturer, we cannot replace, refund or credit any item that has not been returned for assesment.

Where an order is placed without a specified colour Skinnies will select a neutral colour, if this colour ifsthen regected, it is the customers responsibility to return the items un opened and in original condition in addition  orders from a wholesale customer, Skinnies require the order to be returned, un opend and in original condition, following an inspection a credit or refund will be issued.

Wholesale, retail orders or any organisation that either re-sells or hands the goods over to a third party, Skinnies are not responsible for damages, loses incurred or any other action by the third party. Skinnies will only contract with the account holder. Any issues need to be raised within 48 hours of receipt of goods and no returns will be accepted after 14 days.
